Christopher Sprauer has 20 years of real estate experience, with a strong foundation in home building, development, and value-added strategies gained from his family's ownership of a custom home-building company and his passion for real estate ventures across the investment spectrum.

​

Co-founding Ascension's Group in 2021, Christopher has played a vital role in shaping the company's resilient and astute business approach, and his 13 years in the Military honed his leadership style, strategic planning, and decision-making skills under pressure. His military background instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and dedication. Christopher is a graduate of the University of Central Florida.

Christopher leads Ascension Group's strategic vision. He oversees the firm's financial investment strategy to maximize economic returns across the capital stack and leads the company's development and acquisition teams to execute that vision. Chris has expanded the vertical integration of Ascension Group's property and construction management divisions. Christopher is proud to have founded a veteran-owned and operated company

Peter LaBonte

Peter was born and raised in Northern New Hampshire and attended the University of Maine where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management.

​

Shortly after graduation he joined the Military, which ultimately landed him in the Hampton Roads area. Peter has had a successful 15 year Military career, which has helped shape his approach to leading the operations of Ascensions Group.

​

His background has instilled an unmatched work ethic, the ability to perform under pressure and aggressive perseverance. Over the last four years Peter has vastly grown his real estate knowledge and has played a pivotal role in the founding and resilience of Ascensions Group. He overseas the day to day operations focusing on; strategic planning, resource allocation and cross-functional collaboration, where he aligns company strategy and vision.

Kyle Florio

Kyle Florio was born and raised in New York where he attended the University of Albany and earned his Master's degree in Criminal Justice. He later went on to join the United States Navy, which eventually led him to the vibrant community of Hampton Roads, Virginia.

 

In his transition to civilian life, Kyle delved into the world of real estate and quickly earned a stellar reputation throughout Coastal Virginia, where he was named Rookie of the Year. Kyle's unwavering commitment to excellence has earned him the prestigious Diamond award four consecutive years in a row, making him a standout figure in Hampton Roads and solidifying his position as one of the top real estate agents in the region. Kyle specializes in both single and multifamily resale.

Beyond his thriving real estate career, Kyle's passion for health and fitness runs deep. He co-owns the Iron Asylum Warehouse Gym, a fitness empire that boasts four locations and over 12,000 members in the Hampton Roads area.​​​
